Open Day atAAU Copenhagen

It is easy to find your way to Aalborg University in Copenhagen. We are located at A.C. Meyers V?nge 15 in Sydhavnen just a few kilometers from the centre of Copenhagen. This means that you can easily get here by bicycle, car or public transport.

Train

By train from Copenhagen Central Station:
You can take the S-train to Sydhavn Station. You get there with both line E in the direction of K?ge Station and line A in the direction of Hundige Station. The university is within walking distance of Sydhavn Station, and the walk usually takes no more than 10 minutes. See route and departure times on Rejseplanen.

Med Metro fra K?benhavns hovedbaneg?rd:
You can take the metro to Sluseholmen Station (metro). You get there with metro line M4 in the direction of K?benhavn Syd Station (metro). The university is within walking distance from Sluseholmen Station (metro) and the walk usually takes no more than 15 minutes. See route and departure times on Rejseplanen.

Bus

You can get to the university by bus from Copenhagen with several different buses. See route and departure times on Rejseplanen.

Car

Parking is available close to campus. You can pick up a parking permit from the Information Desk at the main entrance.

Programme counsellors

If you have questions about the individual study programmes, you are welcome to contact the programme's counsellor, who is usually an older student who can answer specific questions about the study programme.

How do I get around on campus?

During the Open Day, there will be both poster and flyers with programmes and maps to help you find the stands of the study programmes that you're looking for - and of course you're always welcome to always ask one our the many students or employees wearing an "ASK ME" or "SP?RG MIG" shirt. We're here for you!

All the stands will be located within the same area, beginning right by the main entrance. If you want to hear a presentation, all you have to do is show up at the study programme stand at one of the presentation times noted in the programme (find the stands marked on the posters, flyers and with a sign at the stand itself). The study representative will make sure you get safely to and back from the presentation.

Food and drink

The campus canteen will be open during the entire event in case of any rumbling stomachs, and from 14:00 o'clock there will be free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the two coffee bars that are also shown on the posters and folders.

You are also allowed to bring your own food and drinks if you wish to.
