About the programme

You should choose to study Chemistry if you want to combine theoretical chemistry and chemical engineering to develop new materials and functional molecules that contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment, better healthcare solutions or the creation of possibilities not otherwise thought of. You enjoy laboratory work, problem solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration, and you want to work with complex challenges in practice. ?

New Master*s options

We expect that as of 2028 you will be able to take this Master's degree programme as a 2-year programme (full-time study, 120 ECTS credits) and as a 3-year Master's for working professionals (first year full-time and then two years of part-time study in combination with relevant employment)
