Study at AAU's Aalborg campus
AAU's Aalborg campus is where most of the university's students study. It's a modern campus with lecture halls, study spaces, laboratories, libraries and cafés – all designed to make it easy to combine studying with student life.
The campus is home to students from many different study programmes, creating a lively and international environment. Whether you're working on a group project, studying with classmates or taking a break between lectures, there are plenty of places to meet other students and spend time together.
Everything you need is close by. AAU has campuses both in Aalborg East and in the city centre. The campus in Aalborg East is just a short bike ride or bus trip from the centre of the city, making it easy to get between campus and everything Aalborg has to offer.
Throughout the year, the campus hosts student activities, career events and social gatherings, giving you plenty of opportunities to meet new people, explore your interests and become part of the AAU community.

Student accommodation in Aalborg
As an international student in Aalborg, there are different ways to live depending on your needs and preferences. You can for example apply for student housing, look for a private room in a shared apartment, or rent your own apartment in the city.
Some students choose to live in student residences, while others live in shared housing or on their own. Each option has its own way of living, and many international students try different setups during their studies.

The rooms and apartment are located all over Aalborg, some in the city centre and some located close to the main campus.
